You are invited to join any of our various activities geared toward children and adults of all ages. Whether you’re starting a new hobby, continuing an old one, or just looking for a place to meet new friends, you are sure to find it at our recreation center.
Comfort Aids lends medical equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, commodes, canes, and shower chairs at no cost to Town of Brookhaven residents. Supplies are limited and distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. Donations are accepted and greatly appreciated.
Emergency Food Pantry
Our Emergency Food Pantry is open for residents in need of assistance, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Donations welcomed.
Don’t let your insurance discount expire! The Town of Brookhaven, along with American Safety Inc., hosts classes at our local recreation centers, Town Hall and Safety Town. Class size is limited; please call for dates and times at 631-363-5193.
Helpline is a free telephone reassurance program for isolated or homebound seniors. To sign up for this program or to volunteer your time, please call the Town of Brookhaven Senior Citizen Division at 451-9191.
