This group helps women realize they are not alone when facing difficult issues and there are people who have the same problems. In a welcoming environment, participants can relate to others, while also relieving stress by speaking freely. Women who participate build confidence while staying positive during trying times.

- This group is free for Brookhaven town residents, ages 21 and over
- $25 fee for non-residents.

The Town of Brookhaven Division of Women’s Services strives to assist women and/or their families in seeking help and guidance in times of transition or crisis by fostering services aimed at improving their lives and enabling them to make healthier decisions.
