Effective June 15, 2023 for HOME and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs in Suffolk County and Nassau County. These limits are based on HUD estimates of Median Family Income (MFI), with adjustments based on family size. HUD calculates MFI for a family for each metropolitan area and each nonmetropolitan county throughout the country.
