Dress for Success Brookhaven is part of an international not‐for‐profit organization that empowers women toachieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help them thrive in work and in life. Established in 1999 with the support of the Town of Brookhaven, the Division of Women's Services and over 50 volunteers, Dress for Success Brookhaven has helped over 6,000 women work toward self‐sufficiency.

The Town of Brookhaven Division of Women’s Services strives to assist women and/or their families in seeking help and guidance in times of transition or crisis by fostering services aimed at improving their lives and enabling them to make healthier decisions. Established in 1985, the Division of Women's Services has helped tens of thousands of women in transition or crisis.
Professional Suitings: Dress for Success Brookhaven's personal shoppers provide clients with professional attire, and accessories for their upcoming interviews and, most importantly, a self-confidence boost.
Career Center:Experienced professionals in our Career Center instill confidence and professionalism by providing our clients with personalized assistance in securing employment.
Career EDGE: is a 6 week seminar series for women seeking employment or a better job. By creating a cutting edge résumé and cover letter, participating in mock interviews with local business professionals, working with an experienced mentor and learning to polish interview skills participants will be prepared to confidently present their best self to potential employers.
Professional Women’s Group: Our Professional Women’s Group (PWG) offers successfully employed Dress for Success clients a support system where volunteers and staff empower them to retain their jobs, build their careers and continue to thrive.
