A Time to Meditate:  A Morning Series

A wonderful way to begin your day and week! Participants will learn how to reduce stress levels in our group meditation format, plus learn various ways to quiet the mind.

Adult Fitness Bootcamp

Looking to lose some of the extra winter weight, burn fat, tone up, increase strength and endurance for a special event? This program is for you! These adult classes will incorporate cardio, agility, balance, and strength training exercises for a workout that will leave you feeling healthy and energized! Get in shape and have fun while doing it! Classes are being taught by a certified fitness instructor.

Baby & Me Yoga

Work on developing your strength and flexibility while bonding with your little one.  Classes are open to newborns, crawlers and walkers up to 4 years old.

Chair Tai Chi/Yoga

This class offers Tai Chi and Yoga in a seated position.  Regain your balance and posture with this gentle practice.  This class is appropriate for beginners and students with physical limitations.

Hula Hooping

Classes are for beginners or the more experienced "hoopers"!  Beginners will learn basic fundamentals to keep the hoop up while spinning and dancing in and out of your hoop.  More experienced students will learn some advanced skills and tricks.

Elf Tennis

Children will receive and introduction to the fundamentals of tennis, develop fine and gross motor skills, learn about teamwork and cooperation, have fun and make new friends. Ages 3 to 6

Jump Bunch

Let your child explore 8 different sports once a week in this Jump Bunch series! Loads of fun, giggles, and a great way to keep your child active without the competition. The session will include: soccer, baseball, lacrosse, football, basketball, track and field, volleyball, and horseshoes. Get your child in the game today! Ages 3 to 5.

Koga Lite

These classes are a unique workout combination of kickboxing and yoga and are designed as a gentle introduction to exercise/weight loss without the intimidation. All moves are low impact and done from a standing position for ease on the joints. Classes are taught by a certified instructor who has lost 100 lbs!

Yoga

This class offers a balanced approach to yoga consisting of physical postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation to help restore physical, mental and emotional health and well being. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, or pillow to sit on.

Zumba

This high-energy cardio aerobics class combines Latin and international beats with salsa, merengue, cha-cha, samba, hip-hop and belly dancing.

Zumba Toning

This program is a Latin-inspired dance and tone program.  Created to emphasize muscle toning along with rhythms.  This combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercise is an effective use of progressive lightweight training designed to improve overall performance.  Please bring 1 to 2 lb. weights along with a bottle of water and a towel.

Classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography.  We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements to the class. For ages 3 - 6 years old.
