The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of 7 members appointed by the Town Board. The function of the Board of Appeals is to timely and responsibly address appeals from land use legislation and administrative decisions of Town officers and agencies, and to interpret the Town Code. Appeals from land use legislation include use and area variances, special permits, lighting, signage and land subdivision applications.

The Zoning Board meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 2:00 pm will be held virtually and streamed live on our normal meeting Web page where you can also find the meeting agenda.
Participants
Applicants and interested parties may participate in this virtual hearing by utilizing our virtual meeting link.
- Use the "Q&A" button to submit a question to the board - but wait for the hearing in question to begin before commenting
- Please include your full name and case number when signing in (for example, Jane Smith Case 22)

Note that applicants must submit all hearing proofs - certified and first class mailing receipts, affidavits of posting and mailing and photographs of the posting in envelopes marked with the applicant’s name, case number and hearing date - to the designated bin located in the lobby of Town hall no later than Monday, June 1, 2020.

Written presentations may be submitted to the Board of Appeals by submitting our Board of Zoning Appeals Online Contact Form no later than Monday June 1, 2020. Please do not include a written presentation in the same envelope as the hearing proof documentation.
