Farmingville, NY – The ninth annual “Holiday Dream Pickup” event will be held this Saturday, December 22 from 9:00am to 5:00 pm at Recipe 7, 275 Route 25A in Miller Place. “Holiday Dream,” created by Rhonda Klch and Equity First Foundation, helps provide holiday gifts to children in need from birth to age 18. Over the years, and with the help of donated funds, gifts, and an amazing group of volunteers, “Holiday Dream” has grown substantially. This year “Holiday Dream” is prepared to help over 400 children. Local families from Miller Place, Mount Sinai, Selden, Medford, Coram, Port Jefferson, and Port Jefferson Station will receive gifts at Saturday’s event.
