Supervisor Romaine & Planning Commissioner Bertoli Tour Phase 1 Construction of Ronkonkoma Hub

Farmingville, NY – On April 23, Supervisor Ed Romaine and Brookhaven Town Planning Commissioner Tulio Bertoli were given a tour of the ongoing Phase 1 construction at Tritec Real Estate’s Ronkonkoma Hub. Phase 1 of the project is comprised of 489 residential units spread across six buildings. The $650 million multi-modal transit-oriented, mixed-use development is located adjacent to the Long Island Railroad’s Ronkonkoma station and Long Island Macarthur Airport. It is also near major roadways including Veterans Highway and the Long Island Expressway. The overall project will consist of 1,450 residential units, 360,000 square feet of office / medical space, 195,000 square feet of retail, and 60,000 square feet of hospitality / community space on 53 acres.
