Sound Beach Civic Association Meeting to Honor Meeting to Honor Member Helen Voisey

Farmingville, NY -  On June 10, Supervisor Ed Romaine and Councilwoman Jane Bonner attended a meeting of the Sound Beach Civic Association (SBCA) where they presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Helen Voisey, in recognition of her volunteerism and community service. A resident of Rocky Point, Helen was named an honorary member of the association at the event. Pictured left to right are Councilwoman Bonner; Helen Voisey; SBCA President Bea Ruberto and Supervisor Romaine.

Supervisor Romaine said, “The members of the Sound Beach Civic Association take great pride in their community and it’s always a pleasure to attend their meetings. Congratulations to Helen for becoming an honorary member. It is well-deserved.”

Councilwoman Bonner said, “I was pleased to attend the Sound Beach Civic Association meeting, especially to honor Helen. She is someone who makes a difference in the community and has helped to improve the quality of life for her neighbors.”
