This program is designed to help unemployed and under-employed women gain professional skills, accelerate their job search and build confidence through weekly training sessions, one-on-one career coaching and networking in a supportive environment. Graduates are awarded a Certificate in Professional Development.

- Customizing and composing your resumé and cover letters that will make a difference
- Work with a professional career mentor
- Navigating LinkedIn and other social media for job leads, and much more

The session dates are September 18 (orientation), 25, October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, November 6 (graduation) from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.

The Career EDGE sessions will be held in the second floor Planning Conference Room at Brookhaven Town Hall, One Independence Hill in Farmingville.
