Councilwoman Cartright Swears in Civic Officers

Farmingville, NY – On April 24, Councilwoman Valerie M. Cartright attended the Port Jefferson Station / Terryville Civic Association meeting at the Comsewoque Public Library. Councilwoman Cartright was honored to swear in President Salvatore Pitti; Vice President Edward Garboski; Treasurer Howard Aron; Recording Secretary Sheila Granito; and Corresponding Secretary Charles McAteer.

The mission of the civic association is to preserve and protect the community, and to offer a unified voice while working together to enhance the quality of life in the Port Jefferson Station/Terryville area.

“Port Jefferson Station / Terryville is my home civic association,” stated Councilwoman Cartright. “It was my pleasure to swear in the officers. Civic associations are an important part of our community. I commend the Executive Board for continuing to carry the torch of leadership within the Port Jefferson Station/Terryville community.”
