Farmingville, NY – Last week, Councilman Michael Loguercio (center) attended the Longwood Junior High School Career Day. During the event, he met with students to discuss “a day in the life” of a Councilman and his personal journey up to this point. Prior to being elected to the Town Council in 2016, Councilman Loguercio served 12 years on the Longwood Central School District Board of Education, including four years as president and three years as vice president.
Councilman Loguercio said, “I was very happy to be a part of this day once again. It is an event I look forward to year after year. It is so important that we sit and speak with our students of all ages and engage them on what the issues and concerns they have for our community.”
