Farmingville, NY - Supervisor Ed Romaine and the Brookhaven Town Board are asking residents to share a photo showing how they are staying safe and managing life during the COVID-19 crisis. Those who want to participate should go to BrookhavenNY.gov/BrookhavenStrong to send a photo that shines some light, shows unity, community resilience and maybe just a little fun while they are practicing social distancing. The selected “best of” photos will be posted on the Town website, scheduled on Brookhaven Town Government Access TV Channel 18 (Altice/Optimum) and @BrookhavenTown on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. “We Are Brookhaven Strong” is open to all ages. Anyone who would like to participate, must complete the Photo Release form and submit a photo.
