Farmingville, NY - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Town of Brookhaven Receiver of Taxes Louis Marcoccia has announced that Alternate Tax Collection Operations will begin on Monday, April 27 and run until June 1 (senior citizens with Enhanced STAR exemptions will be able to pay through June 8). Picture at left is the Town Hall drive thru map and at right is the entrance to the Parks Administration building with white social distancing markers on the sidewalk.This schedule is subject to change should Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone or New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo alter the collection schedule. Please be aware that due to reduced staffing, wait times could be substantial at these locations. All persons paying at these locations must wear protective face covering or mask to cover the nose and mouth.
