Town of Brookhaven to Reopen Marinas

Farmingville, NY -  The Town of Brookhaven has announced that five Town-owned marinas will re-open on Saturday, May 9. All town-owned marinas were closed in April in accordance with a New York State Executive Order set in place to help stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Town of Brookhaven Code Enforcement Officers and Parks Department staff will be on hand at the marinas to ensure social distancing is maintained and all marina rules and regulations are being followed. For information about how to obtain a seasonal boat slip, please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at 631-451-9122. Transient slips are also available for residents and non-residents at all Town marinas.

The Town marinas opening on May 9 include:

  • Corey North and South in Blue Point
  • Forge River in Mastic
  • Mount Sinai at Cedar Beach
  • Port Jefferson Harbor
  • Sandspit in Patchogue
