Councilwoman Bonner Lends a Hand at the Annual William Waltz Cedar Beach Cleanup

Farmingville, NY –  On April 29, Councilwoman Jane Bonner joined the Mount Sinai Harbor Advisory Committee and local community volunteers for the Annual “William Waltz Cedar Beach Clean Up.” After a productive day of cleaning up, volunteers gathered at the Mount Sinai Yacht Club for refreshments provided by the Mount Sinai Harbor Advisory Committee and food donated by Tuscany Gourmet Market. Pictured with Councilwoman Bonner (right) are Mount Sinai Harbor Advisory Committee president Mark Hegreness, his wife Jennifer and daughters Kayleigh, Molly. The “William Waltz Cedar Beach Clean Up” is part of the Town’s Annual Great Brookhaven Clean-Up.

 “Cedar Beach and Mount Sinai Harbor need to be treasured, preserved and protected, and I thank all the volunteers who came out to help,” said Councilwoman Jane Bonner. “In particular I’d like to thank the members of the Mount Sinai Harbor Advisory Committee for taking the lead in this very worthy effort.”
