He is a sweet soul with so much love to give. Unfortunately the first time around he wasn’t given the opportunities that most dogs are offered. Duke is a gentle guy who is a nice leash walker, he knows sit and will give paw, he is a curious guy and he is looking for a home of his own, a bed to curl up in and family to share his life with. Duke loves to go outside and run around, he gets super excited when he sees you coming his whole body starts to wiggle. Duke has been through a lot and you would not know it by looking at him. He will need time to decompress from his former life and shelter life but this guy has a ton of love, hope and happiness to offer you. Duke did well when meeting other dogs at the shelter, the cats were too much for him, they made him nervous and he would do best with kids over 16 years of age.
