Farmingville, NY - Phase 1A of the COVID-19 vaccination distribution is currently underway in New York State. Residents may access the “Am I Eligible?” app at https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/ to determine which phase they will be eligible to receive the vaccine in. Phases are determined by risk factor and medical need. Once eligible, residents can use the tool to locate a provider to administer the vaccine, and schedule an appointment.
