Superintendent Losquadro, Councilman Panico Announce Completion of Paving Project in East Moriches

East Moriches, NY – Brookhaven Town Highway Superintendent Daniel P. Losquadro and Councilman Daniel Panico have announced the completion of the resurfacing of several residential roadways in the vicinity of Locust Avenue in East Moriches.

The total cost for this paving project was $477,760. Crews replaced and installed 7,143 square feet of aprons and 5,745 linear feet of curbing.

Superintendent Losquadro said, “The resurfacing of the roadways in this paving project greatly improved the overall infrastructure in the East Moriches community. I would like to thank the men and women who diligently worked in the, at times, oppressive summer heat to complete this project in a timely manner.”

Councilman Panico said, “Superintendent Losquadro has worked very hard to improve our expansive roadway system. He and his employees continuously go through communities in this effort and this work in East Moriches is a product of that work. “

Roads paved during this project include Oaktree Drive, Pepperidge Lane, Rainbow Lane, Valley Drive, Woodbine Lane, Woodcrest Drive and Woodspath Lane.
