Farmingville, NY - On June 26, Supervisor Ed Romaine (right) and Councilman Michael Loguercio (second from right) celebrated the grand opening of the new “Pop Up Flower Shop” located at 141 South Country Road, in the pergola between Café Castello and Pamela Lerner Home + Design in Bellport Village. The shop, which was conceived by local artist, Fabian Bernal (fifth from left) and Justin Fleet (fifth from left), is open from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm on Saturdays and offers a variety of fresh flowers. For more information, visit the Good Morning Bellport website or @goodmorningbellport on Instagram and Facebook. Bellport Village Trustee Bob Rosenberg (third from right) was also at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Supervisor Romaine said, “This pop-up flower shop is a perfect fit for Bellport Village, and I urge everyone to stop by when they are in town. It’s a good place to go if you need to buy a gift for someone or to brighten up your own house with some beautiful flowers. Good luck to Fabian and Justin, and thanks for making Bellport more beautiful village.”
Councilman Loguercio said, "Congratulations to Justin and Fabian. We wish you all the best in this wonderful venture here in Bellport Village. This is a beautiful addition to the community for all to enjoy. If you haven't had the opportunity to stop by their shop, you should take a moment to do so very soon."
