Farmingville, NY – On December 10, all five JVC Broadcasting radio stations will broadcast live from the Brookhaven Town Hall lobby to promote the Town’s INTERFACE Toy Drive. All the popular personalities from My Country 96.1, LI News Radio 103.9, Party 105, La Fiesta 98.5 and Oldies 98.1, will be there to greet the generous “Kris Kringles,“ who come to donate toys. The event is open to the public and will run from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Those who stop by are asked to donate a new, unwrapped toy to help bring joy to a child of a family in need as they open a gift during the holiday season. Last year, during an abbreviated COVID Toy Drive, residents donated thousands of toys, ranging from board games and dolls to toy trucks and bicycles.Supervisor Romaine said, “Thanks to our Youth Bureau and JVC Broadcasting we are going back to our normal Toy Drive at Town Hall. Over the years, generous residents of Brookhaven Town have helped so many children enjoy a Merry Christmas and this year is even more special. I urge everyone to come down to Town Hall, join in the festivities and donate toys for this great cause.”The INTERFACE Toy Drive is sponsored by the Town of Brookhaven Youth Bureau and JVC Broadcasting. Through raising donations, they will provide presents for thousands of children in need, ranging in age from infant to 15 years of age. Donations can be dropped off at the following Town locations:
