Farmingville, NY – On November 29, The Town of Brookhaven celebrated the start of Hanukkah at the annual Community Menorah Lighting ceremony at Town Hall in Farmingville. The annual holiday event was led by Rabbi Mendy Goldberg (center) of the Lubavitch of the East End/Chabad House of Coram. Guests enjoyed traditional Hanukkah songs and stories, a drum circle, entertainment and refreshments, including hot latkes and donuts.
