[ARCHIVED] Town Honors 8th Annual Helen Stein Schack Book Award Recipients

Farmingville, NY – On April 12, Supervisor Ed Romaine and Councilmember Jonathon Kornreich attended the 8th Annual Helen Stein Shack Picture Book Award ceremony at the Emma S. Clark Memorial Library in Setauket. The contest was open to Three Village School District (TVSD) teens who were asked to write and illustrate a children’s picture book. First prize winners received a check for $400 and the second prize winners received a check for $100. The entries will be printed, bound and added to the library’s Local Focus Collection.
