JVC Broadcasting to Host Annual Food Drive to Support the Brookhaven INTERFACE Program

Farmingville, NY – – With the Thanksgiving holiday quickly approaching, JVC Broadcasting and its roster of five radio stations is once again hosting their annual food drive to support the Brookhaven INTERFACE Program. This year’s two-day event will be held Saturday, November 19 and Sunday, November 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Compare Foods, located at 257 Route 112 in Patchogue.

All five radio stations, including Party 105, My Country 96.1, La Fiesta 98.5, LI News Radio 103.9 and Oldies 98.1 will be there collecting food donations. At past events, JVC Broadcasting has been very successful in raising donations and is looking forward to continuing this tradition.

Suggested food items for donations are all non-perishables including, but not limited to canned soups, canned cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, stuffing mix, instant potatoes, canned sweet or white potatoes, rice, canned vegetables, jar or canned sauce, macaroni, canned fruit, pudding, jello, cookie mix and icing and juice. Also, $10 dollar gift cards to local supermarkets so families in need can purchase a turkey are accepted.
