Farmingville, NY – Councilman Kevin LaValle has announced the completion of the latest phase of improvements to the Selden Dog Park. The Councilman pointed out that completion of work at this dog park was one of his first initiatives when he was elected in 2014.

“Before I was elected into office, work on this dog park had been stalled for several years. Today, this park is open for all our residents to enjoy with their pets, and we are continuing to make improvements to make it the best facility of its kind,” said Councilman LaValle. “Working together with the community and users of the park, we have seen it grow, with amenities such as two canine obstacle courses constructed by local Boy Scouts, community bulletin boards, a memorial bench and a “Little Free Library” donated by the Middle Country Public Library.”
