Farmingville, NY – – On March 22, Town of Brookhaven Supervisor Ed Romaine and Councilman Dan Panico will be joined by officials from the Town of Riverhead and the Suffolk County Water Authority (SCWA) and the Suffolk County Department of Health Services at the Manorville Community Meeting Connecting to Public Water. The purpose of the meeting is to update residents about the SCWA’s efforts to bring safe drinking water to households that are currently using private wells. In attendance will be Brookhaven Town Supervisor Ed Romaine and Councilman Dan Panico; Riverhead Town Supervisor Yvette Aguiar and SCWA Chief Executive Officer, Jeffery Szabo. The meeting will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Manorville Fire Department Headquarters, 16 Silas Carter Road in Manorville.
