Always with an eye on the taxpayer, the environment, the will of the community and rights of the property owner. As a Senior Deputy Suffolk County Clerk, he worked cooperatively with the courts and managed both Supreme and County Court cases to provide for the orderly and efficient entry and filing of record-breaking litigation.

He is fighting to cut taxes and spending, reigning in the size of government, bringing greater accountability and transparency to government, and creating first class parks and recreational facilities for all Brookhaven Town residents. As a fiscal conservative, he has been advocating for reduced government spending in all levels of government. His primary focus has been to lower the tax burden on all residents, particularly focusing on reducing the cost of government.
