Farmingville, NY – Brookhaven Town Councilmember Dan Panico (right) was recently named an Honorary Member of the Mastic Beach Ambulance Company at their annual installation ceremony held on Saturday, February 4, at East Wind Caterers in Wading River. Councilmember Panico was recognized for his outstanding commitment and dedication as a public servant. The award was presented to him by Chief Charles Voelger (left). Councilmember Panico also took the opportunity to congratulate all outgoing and incoming officers, as well as members who received special recognition for milestone achievements. Honored were Devin McGuinness, Member of the Year/ALS Provider of the Year; BLS Providers of the Year Robert Johnson and Stephanie Merchant; Paid EMS Provider of the Year John O’Brien; Drivers of the Year Howard Becker and Peter Motovidlak; Auxiliary Member of the Year Jeffrey Hanson; Associate Member of the Year Roseanne Motovidlak; and Probationary Members of the Year Michael Pfisterer and Catherine Smith.
