Farmingville, NY –  On April 14, Councilwoman Valerie M. Cartright joined many Brookhaven families and friends at Long Island’s Largest Easter Egg Hunt and Festival at the Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook. Suffolk County Legislator Kara Hahn sponsored the annual event, and Stony Brook University’s mascot, “Wolfie,” student volunteers from Ward Melville High School and the Councilwoman’s new friends Meriel and Emilie, all participated and helped make it a fun event.

“Thank you to Lenore Paprocky of Holiday Inn Express and everyone who came to the 2017 Easter Egg Hunt,” said Councilwoman Cartright. “I was thrilled to share it with so many children and their parents in our community. My daughter got her first taste of this fun-filled Stony Brook tradition and we look forward to next year’s event.”
