Farmingville, NY - On September 25, Supervisor Ed Romaine and members of the Town Board visited ACE Coffee Co. in Patchogue, a small local business that specializes in coffee bean roasting and packaged artisanal cold brew coffee. The company is participating in the Town’s program to recycle spent coffee grounds for re-use in composting. The grounds are picked up by the Town and brought to Hamlet Organic Garden (HOG), located in Brookhaven hamlet that produces organic vegetables, herbs and flowers.
