Farmingville, NY - Recently, Supervisor Ed Romaine and Town Clerk Donna Lent honored Maddie and Joseph Mastriano, founders of the Three Village Kids Lemonade Stand. The Mastriano’s started selling lemonade at a small stand in front of their homes five years ago, at ages 11 and 8. Their small venture went from bringing in $2 their first year to raising over $16,000. All profits are donated to Stony Brook’s Children’s Hospital. Their fundraising goal this year is $20,000. For their wonderful hard work and charitable efforts, August 2, 2017 was proclaimed Maddie and Joseph Mastriano Day in the Town of Brookhaven. Visit YouCaring to donate.
