Supervisor Romaine and Councilman Panico Attend Boy Scout Troop 414 Eagle Court of Honor in Center M

Farmingville, NY - On August 20, Supervisor Ed Romaine (left) and Councilman Dan Panico (right) attended the Eagle Scout Court of Honor for (left to right) Ryan Cotto, Daniel Brock and Noah Monti from Troop 414 in Center Moriches. The event was held at the VFW Post 414 in Center Moriches.

Ryan’s project was to finance and construct a cinder block planter box next to the entrance ramp for the Presbyterian Church of Moriches. The box is part of a beautification program as well as making the entrance to the church safer. Daniel’s Eagle project was constructing shelves for “Helping Makes U Happy,” an organization that was recently formed to help those in need throughout the community. Noah’s project was to finance and construct a bookcase for the Suffolk County 7th Precinct SVU Children’s Division third interview room. The bookcase allows more room in the area so that children are more comfortable.
