Farmingville, NY - On Thursday, October 18, the Division of Economic Development's Brookhaven Business Advisory Council (BBAC) will present its Fourteenth Annual "Building Business in Brookhaven" Expo at Town Hall from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The event, which attracted 130 vendors and over 500 local business people last year, will focus on business networking and include a trade show with booths featuring local, regional and national companies that service businesses in Brookhaven Town. The free event will also include local vendors offering complimentary refreshments and food. Visit the "Building Business in Brookhaven" Expo page to learn more about the event.

The "Building Business in Brookhaven" Expo is presented by the Brookhaven Business Advisory Council in partnership with the Town of Brookhaven, Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency (IDA) and the Brookhaven Chambers of Commerce Coalition (BCCC).

Supervisor Ed Romaine said, "The BBAC is a great resource for businesses to network, share ideas and help grow the local economy and the Expo is the perfect venue to do it. I encourage our business community to take advantage of this opportunity to promote their business, make important contacts and reach new customers."

To register, or if you have questions about the event, please call the Division of Economic Development at 631-451-6927 or visit the "Building Business in Brookhaven" Expo page.

The BBAC expects a large number of vendor booth space requests this year so they recommend that reservations be made as soon as possible. For table reservations please contact the Economic Development Office at 631-451-6927 or reserve a table online.
