Councilwoman Cartright Welcomes Margarita’s Café to Port Jefferson Station

Farmingville, NY – On July 10, Councilwoman Valerie M. Cartright (fifth from right), Port Jefferson Station/Terryville Chamber of Commerce President Jennifer Dzvonar, residents, customers, family and friends, helped launch the grand opening of Margaritas Café located at 4747 Nesconset Highway in Port Jefferson Station. The new restaurant offers 85 Mexican, Tex-Mex, Caribbean, Central and South American dishes, with homemade guacamole made table-side in a big mortar with pestle. They serve something for everyone, including traditional American pub dishes.

Councilwoman Cartright said, “Our community joins in welcoming Margaritas Café. The mix of delicious food, heartfelt hospitality, authentic music and creative entrepreneurship has already inspired so many local regulars. We wish partners Carla Fernandes and Colon Solis, and co-owner William Martinez long lasting success.”
