Farmingville, NY – The Town of Brookhaven has postponed the Free Rabies Clinic scheduled for Saturday, October 27 due to the forecasted nor’easter. The event has been rescheduled to Saturday, November 3 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. Other vaccines will be offered, including Canine and Feline booster shots $20, Bordatella (Kennel Cough) $20, Lyme and Lepto $25, Feline Leukemia $25. The Brookhaven Animal Shelter and Adoption Center is located at 300 Horseblock Road in Brookhaven. It is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
