Farmingville, NY – On November 11, Supervisor Ed Romaine (left) and Councilman Michael Loguercio (right) attended the annual Veterans Day Ceremony at Bartlett Pond Park in Middle Island. During the event, they honored all the men and women who have served in the military.
Supervisor Romaine said, “I am honored to recognize the men and women who have sacrificed so much to preserve freedom and liberty around the world. It is important that our veterans know we are grateful for their service, courage and patriotism.”
Councilman Loguercio said, “It is my privilege to have the opportunity to share Veterans Day with such a patriotic group of people who have sacrificed so much in the name of liberty. Many lives have been changed for the better because they made a commitment to freedom around the world.”
