Abstract/Contemporary Art

Students will learn different techniques & work with various materials to create large contemporary pieces. A supply list will be emailed after you register.

Let's Get FIT

Each class will feature high intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional body weight movements to promote strength and endurance. A fun approach to encourage exercise for women and men at any level of fitness. Bring a mat/towel and hydration.
Dates: Mondays, 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, December 6
