What size can the apartment be?

The size is in proportion to the house with square footages and percentage of the entire home as follows:

  •         300 to 650 sq. ft. - may not be greater than 40% of the home
  •         651 to 750 sq. ft - may not be greater than 35%, with Review Board discretion
  •         751 to 850 sq. ft - may not be greater than 30%, with Review Board discretion
